we are glad to introduce Gemme Plast, a new born company that is specialized in injection moulding of technical plastic items, obtained from high-performance polymers, including fluoropolymers.
Gemme Plast started its activity in April 2018, when GemmeCotti group acquired R.C.R. s.a.s. and moved the production site to Cesate, via Sesia 26. The new Company combine the RCR’s know-how, grown in 35-years of experience, and the latest generation technology, in order to increase the production.
We Gemme Plast are specialized in injection moulding of small- and medium-batch production, for which human intervention during the process is still decisive. Thanks to the injection moulding production, items that are usually machined from a solid block after an expensive extrusion process can be made more cheaply. With the injection moulding we significantly reduce the production time and the material waste, thereby saving money and time. Moreover, in this way, we can grant the size repeat and reproducibility of the part.
