PRESSURE GAUGE WITH SEPARATOR

Price range: 96,00 € through 195,00 €

Separator Pressure Gauges made of polypropylene and PVDF, designed to protect pressure measurement instruments from aggressive process conditions.

Description

Designed to protect pressure measuring instruments from aggressive process conditions.
Diaphragm pressure gauges are a safe and accurate solution for pressure measurement; they are a closed system consisting of a diaphragm and a pressure gauge filled with a sealing liquid.

Materials

To accommodate different operating conditions and types of chemicals, the separators are available in two main materials:

  • Polypropylene (PP): offers good chemical resistance to many substances, making it a versatile and cost-effective solution for general industrial applications at moderate temperatures (up to about 60–70°C). Liquids compatible with PP include: phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid (up to certain concentrations and temperatures), ferric chloride, citric acid, liquid ammonia, sodium hydroxide (caustic soda, at low concentrations and temperatures), and many other solvents.

  • PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride): offers exceptional chemical and thermal resistance, making it ideal for highly corrosive fluids, strong acids, solvents, and temperatures up to 90°C, as well as high purity. Liquids compatible with PVDF include: acetic acid, ethyl alcohol, zinc chloride, formaldehyde, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid (up to certain concentrations), hydrogen peroxide, potassium hydroxide, and many other solvents.
