Gemme Plast srl as the Data Controller and in compliance with the EU Regulation 2016/679, intends to provide the due information regarding the purposes, methods of processing, scope of communication, nature and conferment of your data in our possession.
Purposes, legal foundations, nature of Processing:
- The data are processed, without the consent of the Interested Parties (art. 6, lett. b, c, f GDPR)
- in relation to pre- and post-service contractual requirements and the consequent fulfillment of legal and contractual obligations arising from
- the formulation of quotations and the related provision of services.
- the provision of the data themselves is mandatory, as any refusal to provide them or to the subsequent processing may result in the inability of the writer to implement the same contractual relationships;

Method of Treatment:
- The processing of data is carried out by appointed and specialized personnel, using paper, computer, electronic and any other type of support technologically considered suitable; the data will be processed lawfully and fairly and in any case in accordance with the regulations referred to (art. 4, no. 2 GDPR), using appropriate tools to ensure their security and confidentiality;
- Gemme Plast Ltd. guarantees that the software solutions used are fully aligned with the requirements dictated by the GDPR.
Retention, communication and dissemination of data:
- The data will be stored at the relevant offices of Gemme Plast srl.
- Data will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationships established and also thereafter for the fulfillment of all legal obligations.
- The Data Controller informs that, in order to comply with contracts or related purposes, the data may be communicated within the limits of the law to subjects belonging to the following categories: a) subjects that provide services for the management of the information system and telecommunications networks; b) service companies for the acquisition, registration and processing of data from documents; c) subjects that carry out customer service activities; d) studies or companies within the scope of assistance and consulting relationships; e) subjects that carry out control, audit and certification requirements of the activities carried out.
- The subjects belonging to these categories play the role of External Data Processors. Their list is constantly updated and can be consulted at the offices of the Data Controll
- Any other dissemination or communication of data will take place only with the consent of the Data Subject.
Transfers
Data will be stored in servers located within the EU. If necessary, the Data Controller will be entitled to move the servers outside the EU, should it become necessary. The Data Controller assures as of now that any transfer of data Extra EU, will take place in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
Rights of the Data Subjects
In compliance with Articles 13, co. 2, lett. b, d, 15, 18, 19 and 21 GDPR, the Data Controller informs that the Data Subject:
- Has the right to ask the Data Controller for access, rectification, integration or deletion of his/her personal data and to object to their processing or transfer.
- Has the right to file a complaint with the Privacy Guarantor from www.garanteprivacy.it.
- Has the right to revoke the consent given at any time.
The exercise by the Interested Party of the rights listed herein is not formally binding and requires the Data Controller to respond in writing within 30 days. At any time, the Interested Party may exercise its rights by sending an email to the address: info@gemmeplast.com.
