Gemme Plast specializes in injection molding of technical plastics and high-performance polymers, including fluoropolymers. We manufacture technical parts for various industrial sectors, including:
We specialize in small and medium-sized series and also mold parts with metal inserts.
We also handle limited series, where human input during molding is essential. This allows us to offer a personalized and high-quality service, making the molding of parts economical, which would otherwise be made from solid, starting from extrudate. In this way, we avoid material waste with consequent significant economic savings and minimization of waste, as well as reduced production times and, above all, dimensional repeatability of the technical part.
Our molding department is equipped with presses of various capacities, from 80, 150, 300, and up to 700 tons, to meet the needs of customers with projects of various sizes.
