Gemme Plast was born from the experience and passion for innovation of RCR, a company founded in 1982 that has always specialized in plastic molding. 1990s
Production of large extruded parts for the galvanic industry, parts for rotating drums (polypropylene gears up to 800mm in diameter), containers for cassettes and stereos, supermarket displays, and technical and medical items.
2000s
Consolidation of the company with the specialization in the molding of pump components for the chemical industry, in collaboration with GemmeCotti and other local producers. Specialization in the electromedical sector continues.
From 2010:
Start of production of parts for the mechanical industry in polycarbonates, polyesters and various types of nylon, with self-extinguishing products.
2018
GemmePlast was born in 2018 from the acquisition of RCR by GemmeCotti. Thirty years of experience and new technologies for a complete and quality service.
In 2018, RCR was acquired by GemmeCotti, giving rise to Gemme Plast. The production site was moved to Cesate and new machinery was introduced to increase production capacity. Gemme Plast combines the tradition and experience of over 35 years of RCR with cutting-edge technologies, offering its customers a complete and high-quality service.
